For security and fortification against scam, your order will only be delivered to your definite address. Once the deposit on your order is met, we will confirm with you a valid NZ address before delivering your order.
Door to Door delivery is our standard delivery service. Taking your purchased product from one of our Depots to your nominated delivery address. Door to Door delivery is available on all products listed for sale and purchased online on our website or Catalogue.
We'll deliver to any New Zealand street address. We'll be in touch to confirm your details once you have placed your order. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or international addresses. The postcode search bar on the delivery page, product page or in the cart will confirm the delivery options available in your area. The cost of delivery is based on the product, your postcode and the delivery zone that it falls in.
All prices advertised online and on catalogue exclude freight charges.

BuzzValue will contact you to confirm your ordered items are in stock and ready for delivery. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery to metro areas and 10-15 business days or delivery to some regional areas from the date your order is confirmed.
Should there be any issues with stock availability, we will contact you and advise of any delays
Goods Not Available
If the exact model of any good ordered is no longer available for sale at the time the good is to be delivered, we will use our best endeavours to provide you with a replacement model with comparable or better features at no extra cost. We will contact you to discuss the provision of the alternative product
Returning faulty or incorrect orders
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product please call us on 0800 44 44 11 to arrange repairs, Replacements or pickups if a genuine fault is found.
Repair for Damaged products can take up 15 to 25 working days from the day the item arrived at our depot.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, BuzzValue will offer you an exchange voucher provided that
You return the item in 7 business days after purchase
The item is in a resalable condition including that it is in original packaging, unopened, unused.
You will have to pay for the return freight expenses.
